The vulnerability is caused due to an input verification error when handling the @CopyFrom operation in the Sling POST servlet. This can be exploited to cause an infinite loop and subsequently exhaust memory and storage resources via a specially crafted HTTP request. The vulnerability is reported in versions 2.1.0 and prior.
