DESCRIPTION:
0in has reported a vulnerability in Livebox TP routers, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the ADI Convergence
Galaxy FTP Server and can be exploited to cause the service to crash
by sending specially crafted packets to the FTP service.

The vulnerability is reported in Livebox TP router including ADI
Convergence Galaxy FTP server version 1.0. Other versions may also be
affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict network access to the FTP service.
