DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in IBM solidDB, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the authentication
mechanism in solid.exe, which does not properly verify the password

via a specially crafted request sent to TCP ports 1315, 1964, or
2315.
The vulnerability is reported in the following versions:
* IBM solidDB versions 4.5.180 and prior.
* IBM solidDB versions 6.0.1066 and prior.
* IBM solidDB versions 6.1.20 and prior.
* IBM solidDB versions 6.3 Fix Pack 6 and prior.
* IBM solidDB versions 6.5 Fix Pack 2 and prior.
