DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in NVIDIA Stereoscopic 3D Driver,
which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated
privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to improper validation and
sanitisation of specific commands to a named pipe and can be
exploited to execute arbitrary commands with LocalSystem privileges.
The vulnerability is reported in version 7.17.12.7536. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 7.17.12.7565 or later.
