DESCRIPTION:
Prabhu S Angadi has discovered a vulnerability in OfficeSIP Server,
which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error when handling "To"
headers in SIP requests. This can be exploited to crash the OfficeSIP
Server service (UDP/TCP port 5060) via a specially crafted SIP INVITE
request containing an incomplete recipient address in the "To"
header.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 3.1. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
No effective workaround is currently available.
