DESCRIPTION:
Core Security Technologies has reported multiple vulnerabilities in
SAP NetWeaver, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a
DoS (Denial of Service) and compromise a vulnerable system.

1) An error within the "DiagTraceR3Info()" function in the
disp+work.exe module when the Developer Trace is configured for the
"Dialog processor" component of the "Dialog" work process can be
exploited to execute arbitrary code via a specially crafted packet
sent to port 32NN (where NN is the SAP system number).

2) Errors within the "DiagTraceHex()", "DiagTraceAtoms()",
"DiagTraceStreamI()", "Diaginput()", and "DiagiEventSource()"
functions in the disp+work.exe module can be exploited to cause the
system to crash via specially crafted packets sent to port 32NN
(where NN is the SAP system number).

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions 7.0 EHP1 and 7.0 EHP2.
Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Apply SAP Security Notes 1687910.
