DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Linux Kernel, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to perform certain actions with
escalated privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to all-zero SCM_CREDENTIALS ancillary

perform certain actions with escalated privileges.
