DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Oracle Central Designer, which
can be exploited by malicious people to potentially compromise a
vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error, which can be
exploited via HTTP. No more information is currently available.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 1.3, 1.4, and 1.4.2.
