DESCRIPTION:
Charlie Eriksen has discovered two vulnerabilities in the Floating
Social Media Links plugin for WordPress, which can be exploited by
malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
Input passed to the "wpp" parameter in
wp-content/plugins/floating-social-media-links/fsml-hideshow.js.php
and wp-content/plugins/floating-social-media-links/fsml-admin.js.php
is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can
be exploited to include arbitrary files from remote resources.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.4.2. Prior versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.4.3.
