Kaspersky Antivirus Incorrect %PROGRAMDATA% ACL

The ACL on %PROGRAMDATA%\Kaspersky Lab allows BUILTIN\Users to create new files. This can be abused to create new plugins and modules during update, and other filesystem races to gain elevated privileges.
