DESCRIPTION:
rgod has discovered a vulnerability in FlatNuke, which can be
exploited by malicious users to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the handling of image
file uploads. This can be exploited to upload files and execute
arbitrary PHP code.
Successful exploitation requires privileges to upload images (not the
default setting).
The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 2.5.7. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Grant only trusted users privileges to upload image files.
