DESCRIPTION:
Jesper Jurcenoks has reported some vulnerabilities in SimpGB, which
can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks and disclose sensitive information.
1) Input passed to the "l_username" parameter in admin/index.php and
"l_emoticonlist" in admin/emoticonlist.php is not properly sanitised
before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute
arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context
of an affected site.
2) The admin/cfginfo.php script does not restrict access to logged in
users. This can be exploited to display global configuration
variables.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.46.02. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.47.01.
