DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Xerces-C++, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the XML parser when
processing specially crafted XML files. This can be exploited to
cause a crash via an overly large "maxOccurs" value included in an
XML schema.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 3.0.0.
SOLUTION:
Upgrade to version 3.0.0.
