DESCRIPTION:
Danny Moules has discovered a security issue in RCBlog, which can be
exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.
The security issue is caused due to improper access restrictions to
the "config/password.txt" file. This can be exploited to disclose the
administrator's hashed user name and password by requesting the file
directly.
This vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.03. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Move the config/password.txt file out of the web root.
