TITLE:
WordPress fMoblog Plugin "id" SQL Injection Vulnerability

SECUNIA ADVISORY ID:
SA34341

VERIFY ADVISORY:
http://secunia.com/advisories/34341/

DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in the fMoblog plugin for
WordPress, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL
injection attacks.

Input passed via the "id" parameter in index.php to fmoblog.php (when
"page_id" is set to an existing value) is not properly sanitised
before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate
SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerability may disclose sensitive
information (e.g. user names, password hashes, and e-mail
addresses).

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 2.1. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
