DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in osTicket, which can be exploited
by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed via the staff username when logging in as administrator
is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can
be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL
code.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.6 RC5.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.6 RC5 or apply patches.
