DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in MySmartBB, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input appended to the URL after e.g. attach.php/, contactus.php/,
memberlist.php/, misc.php/, newreply.php/, newtopic.php, pm.php,
register.php/, and search.php/ is not properly sanitised before being
used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries
by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

NOTE: This can further be exploited to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks via SQL error messages.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.7.0. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
