DESCRIPTION:
Luigi Auriemma has reported a vulnerability in Mumble, which can be
exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the Murmur server when
handling certain malformed data in an SQL query, which can be
exploited to terminate the server.
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.2.2. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Restrict access to trusted users only.
