DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in the PHP Chat module for 123
Flash Chat, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose
sensitive information.
Input passed to the "select_db" parameter in login_chat.php is not
properly verified before being used to include files. This can be
exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources via
directory traversal sequences and URL-encoded NULL bytes.
Successful exploitation requires that "register_globals" is enabled
and "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.0. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
