DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in CodeIgniter, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to the file uploading class not
properly checking uploaded files. This can be exploited to upload
malicious files and e.g. execute arbitrary PHP code.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.7.1. Prior versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.7.2 or apply patch.
