RESOLUTION

The vulnerability can be resolved by closing ports 5001 and 5002.

To Close Ports 5001 and 5002

Create and open {LR}\launch_service\dat\merc_agent.cfg
where {LR} is the LoadRunner installation folder
Add to the [Attributes] section the key "HttpTunnel=0"

Note: Ports 5001 and 5002 are closed by default in versions of LoadRunner after v9.52.
