DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in MyProxy, which can be exploited
by malicious people to conduct spoofing attacks.
The security issue is caused due to the "myproxy-logon" application
improperly verifying the validity of the server's certificate. This
can be exploited to spoof a valid server and obtain the user's
password via e.g. a man-in-the-middle (MitM) attack.
The security issue is reported in version 5.0 through 5.2.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 5.3.
