DESCRIPTION:
Fedora has issued an update for java-1.6.0-openjdk. This fixes a
vulnerability, which can be exploited by malicious people to
compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to the "JNLPSecurityManager" class
not properly enforcing security policies, which can be exploited to
e.g. execute arbitrary code by tricking a user into opening a
specially crafted website.

SOLUTION:
Apply updated packages via the yum utility ("yum update
java-1.6.0-openjdk").

PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY:
Independently discovered by Omar Majid and an anonymous reporter via
