DESCRIPTION:
Mark Stanislav has reported two vulnerabilities in Focalmedia Quick
Polls, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose
sensitive information and manipulate certain data.
1) Input passed via the "p" parameter to index.php (when "fct" is set
to "preview") is not properly verified before being used to include
files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files via directory
traversal sequences and URL-encoded NULL-bytes.
2) Input passed via the "p" parameter to index.php (when "fct" is set
to "delete") is not properly verified before being used to delete
files. This can be exploited to delete arbitrary files via directory
traversal sequences and URL-encoded NULL-bytes.
Successful exploitation requires administrator privileges and that
"magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.
The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.0.1. Prior
versions may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.0.2.
